YF-TPMS Card Swiping Total Wastewater Discharge Control System
YF-TPMS card swiping total wastewater discharge control system is designed to effectively control the total pollutant discharge. The system is a set of intelligent IC card total wastewater discharge monitoring system developed by combining advanced automatic control technology, intelligent IC card technology, wireless communication technology, remote control inversion technology and database technology with online monitoring data. A wastewater discharge enterprise inputs the pollutant discharge quota obtained by the enterprise into the IC card by pre-charging. When the enterprise needs to discharge wastewater, it can only discharge wastewater by swiping the card. When the remaining quota is insufficient, the system will alarm and prompt recharge. When the quota is used up, the system will close the discharge outlet of the enterprise through an intelligent valve. At the same time, enterprises can trade the wastewater discharge quotas according to their own wastewater discharge. The system provides a strong scientific basis for effectively supervising wastewater discharge behaviors of enterprises, so that the total wastewater discharge control can really enter the track of real-time measurement and discharge reduction effect by swiping cards.
Scope of application: industrial parks, pollution source enterprises, centralized farms, etc.

The system realizes the scientific and reasonable rigid control of wastewater discharge from enterprises by monitoring the comprehensive indexes such as flow rate, COD, ammonia, nitrogen and pH value and providing supporting automatic gate opening and closing device. Meanwhile, it is also an important technical support for the implementation of wastewater discharge permission system and the development of wastewater discharge rights trading. 
The system has a variety of prepayment methods (online direct recharge and IC card recharge) for pollution control, saving a lot of manpower and time. 
The system can set the monthly discharge allowable value, so that the pollutant discharge can be rigidly controlled, and the pollutant discharge rights trading function can be extended. 
The system has SMS platform and internal message management functions, which can be used to conveniently remind wastewater discharge enterprises to pay wastewater discharge charges in time through SMS or internal message, and the current balance can be inquired anytime and anywhere through SMS. 
The system integrates the functions of video monitoring, real-time data interaction, and automatic power-off alarm to timely find out on-site failure or man-made damage. 
The system integrates the functions of the data acquisition and transmission equipment and reduces the equipment cost.
The monitoring center platform is a web-based multi-functional open network system, and is compatible with the existing automatic online monitoring platform to facilitate networking monitoring and collaborative management at all levels.
The system has the function of automatic data validity diagnosis. In case of abnormal COD and ammonia nitrogen data, the system can perform automatic diagnosis, and prevent abnormal data from affecting deduction of fees through automatic retention of samples.
It has the function of offline data automatic protection, and the data can be automatically recovered after being online. 
The field terminal equipment has its own database, which can generate reports for reconciliation with the platform. 
With the automatic fault detection technology by intelligent valve control, and automatic recovery function of clamping position, the system can automatically operate in a safer manner.
